In July 2006 I joined IBM Canada as the Chief Methodologist for Agile and Lean for IBM Rational. I am available for work with IBM clients, in particular for executive coaching, management briefings, and software process improvement (SPI) efforts. Although I am based out of the Toronto Labs my focus is worldwide. If you would like to obtain my services, the best way would be to go through your IBM sales representative. The next best way would be to contact the appropriate IBM services group.

I'm active on several discussion forums, and prefer to have public conversations whenever I can. I'm active on several LinkedIn discussion forums, particularly the Agile Alliance, Agile CMMI, and Lean IT Enterprise lists.
